I have secured a new location near my new home town of Meridian.
The new business address is 1883 N. Wildwood St. (Suite C), Boise, Idaho (off Fairview past Eagle Road)
My calendar will be open for appointments in the next couple of weeks, after I complete the office set up.
I am looking forward to my new location and meeting a lot of new clients.

My Name is Karen Heck and my professional expertise is a balanced blend of bodywork and modalities. I am trained in Ayurvedic techniques (Specializing in Abhyanga), Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy and TMJ Disorder.
It is very important to me that I closely work with my patients to assess and develop treatment plans based on the patient's injury and/or recovery goals utilizing Therapeutic, wellness, relaxation and deep tissue massage along with certified techniques including Intra Oral massage, Breast massage, Pre and Post Natal massage.
I am fully certified in the following disciplines:
* Intra Oral massage
* Pre-Natal Massage
* Breast tissue Massage
* Reflexology (Ingham Method) Specialized Training:
* I interned at Providence Hospital (NICU Dept.) in Everett Washington 2005 - 2006.
* Medical massage training was through Swedish Hospital in Seattle focusing on motor vehicle collision injuries (MVC), TMJ therapy and Workplace injuries.
My true passion is working on head, neck, shoulder issues and challenges (i.e. headache, migraine, head forward positioning (computer workers), whiplash and TMJ (grinding or clicking jaws). The patient's comfort, confidence and safety are always my focus and priority.

Your Safety is Still First Even with the Covid business restrictions fully lifted, your safety and care is my number one priority. I will continue clean and sterilize to the highest levels between each patient. This include freshly washed and sterilized sheets, office wide surface wipe downs, UV sterilization of all towels and rocks, Ionized filtered air circulating through the room and finally there is anti-microbial and anti-bacterial between the sheet and table.

A Therapist Who Cares
I have the rare opportunity to bring both Luxury Spa and Therapeutic treatment massage to my clients. I have been in healthcare for more than 30 years and now bring my passion for the industry to Willow Glen. I have spent the past 18+ years in the Massage therapy experience. I am a completely insured Therapeutic and Medical Massage Therapist who is licensed in Idaho (MAS), California (CAMTC), Washington (LMT) and I am fully Nationally Accredited (NCBTMB).
Experienced Knowledge
I started in Seattle, Washington in 2005. I became the lead therapist and educator at Gene Juarez Salon and Spa's. I supported one of the top Seattle area Chiropractic Practices with Medical Massage Services. I moved back to San Jose in 2017 and worked at several top Spa's before opening my own clinic in San Jose. Move forward and now I have moved to Meridian, Idaho with my family and am very excited to bringing my experience and passion to the Treasure Valley areas.
